People. That is what drives me to be better, do better and create better. I am a need finder and brainstormer with a strong passion for people that drives my designs. I strive to make informed design decisions heavily rooted in user research. I believe everyone’s story reveals true insight into their needs and desires. It is when I gain empathetic understanding and form human connections that I can intervene through design most effectively. I want to be the voice of the consumer, always ask why, stay curious and be an advocate for inclusivity. I want diversity to be more than just an initiative, accessibility to be more than an add on, and sustainability to be more than an after thought. I have hopes that soon these mindsets will permeate our culture and be a natural part of our community, and I believe that when these things are priorities at every moment of the design process I can make a difference.
